POCAHONTAS -- Wanda Helen DAMOUTH, 85, died Thursday, April 5.
She was the widow of Eulis DAMOUTH.
Survivors include her son, James Ray DAMOUTH of Niles, Mich.; daughters, Pat Holloway of Russellville and Kathy Diane Hufstedler of Imboden; brother, Harry Chastain of Berrien Springs, Mich.; sister, Betty Sue Carlisle of Buchanan, Mich.; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Birdell Church of Christ with Rowdy Fortson and Stan Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 tonight at McNabb Funeral Home.

POCAHONTAS -- Brian Edward Holloway, 24, died Thursday, Dec. 28.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Mathew Holloway.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Holloway of Imboden and Mr. and Mrs. Scott (Donna) Esmon of Pocahontas; two brothers, Bryce and Tyler Holloway of Imboden; stepbrother, Scotty Esmon of Pocahontas, stepsister, Meghan Esmon of Pocahontas, grandparents, Tom Holloway of Imperial, Mo., Patsy Holloway of Russellville and Pat Johnson of Pocahontas; and great-grandmother Wanda Damouth of Pocahontas.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with burial following in Old Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 4-7 p.m.

Georgia Marie Chastain
POCAHONTAS -- Georgia Marie Chastain, 84, died Thursday.
Her parents, William Franklin and Effie Carlton Dixon; husband, George; son, Everett "Sonny;" son-in-law, David Hollaway, daughter-in-law, Nancy Chastain; grandson, Vincient Chastain; brother, Everett Dixon; and two sisters, LaNeil Henry and Elsie Fulbright, preceded her in death.
She is survived by three sons, Bud Chastain of Winimac, Ind., William Chastain and Jim Chastain, both of Pocahontas; stepson, Jerry Chastain of Pocahontas; two daughters, Doris Bunn of Walnut Ridge and Lavon Booth of Paragould; brother, Roy Dixon of Hobart, Ind.; sister Lavon Bayer of Wichita Falls, Texas; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Don Winfrey officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5-8 this evening at the funeral home.

POCAHONTAS -- Velma Lea Sanders, 82, died Sunday, June 18, 2006.
Her husband, Bid Sanders, and a grandson, Larry Sean Hayes, preceded her in death.
She is survived by six daughters, Helen Winningham of Gause, Texas, Barbara Howard of Comfort, Texas, Thelma Hayes, Brenda Turner and Ruth Smart, all of Pocahontas, and Renee Beddee of Ruiodosos, N.M.; brother, Harry Chastain of Berrien Springs, Mich.; two sisters, Wanda Damouth of Pocahontas and Betty Carlisle of Buchanan, Mich.; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral will be at 10 Thursday morning in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Gerald Fears officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Funeral services for James Edward McCarty, 63, of Berrien Springs, are Tuesday, Aug. 5 at 10 a.m. at Allred Funeral Home in Berrien Springs.
Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
McCarty died on Saturday at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Allred Funeral Home.
